This Privacy Policy describes how Rapids CPM Analyzer ("the App") handles data when installed on your Atlassian Cloud instance.
1. Data Collection and Storage
This app is built entirely natively on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means the App operates strictly within Atlassian's secure infrastructure.
- Zero External Egress: We do not send, transmit, or share any of your Jira data, user profiles, or issue details to any third-party servers, external databases, or analytics providers.
- No PII Collection: We do not collect, profile, or sell Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Atlassian Native Storage: Any temporary processing data (such as dependency graphs) is cached strictly using Atlassian's native Forge Storage API, ensuring your data never leaves your Atlassian Cloud boundaries and fully respects your organization's Data Residency configurations.
2. Permissions and Scopes
The App requests "Read" and "Write" access to your Jira Issues and Boards. "Read" access is purely to perform dependency algorithms and calculations. "Write" access is exclusively required for two specific functions:
- To automatically assign issues to Sprints when committing a planning draft, or when manually dragging cards into or out of Sprints on the interface.
- To create or delete "Blocks" / "Is Blocked By" issue links directly from the graph interface.
The application cannot execute actions beyond the permissions granted by the executing user.
3. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with or transmit data to any external third-party services.
4. Compliance (GDPR & LGPD)
Because data never leaves the Atlassian ecosystem, the use of this App naturally complies with your existing Atlassian data protection agreements, including GDPR and LGPD.
